Whether you've lived in your home for five years or thirty, deciding to sell isn't always easy. There's a lot to think about, and sometimes you're not even sure where to start.
Maybe you're ready for something smaller, thinking about moving closer to family, or just wondering what your home might be worth in today's market.
Whatever has you thinking about selling, I'd love to help you figure out what makes sense for you.
One of the first things we'll do is sit down and talk about your plans. What's making you think about selling? Where would you like to go next? And what questions or concerns do you have?
From there, we'll look at what homes like yours are selling for, whether any updates are worth making, and what you can expect throughout the process.
I've spent nearly a decade working in real estate, along with over 20 years in construction and project management. That experience has given me a good understanding of homes and the details that matter when getting one ready to sell.
And here's something I believe strongly: You shouldn't have to spend money fixing or updating things unless there's a good reason to. We'll talk through what's worth doing and what you can probably leave alone.
I know that moving out of a home you've lived in for years can be a big adjustment. It's not always just about needing less space. Sometimes it's about wanting less maintenance, having more freedom, or finding a home that better fits your life today.
You may have questions about where to start, what to do with everything you've accumulated, or how to coordinate selling your current home with buying another one.
We can work through those decisions together. There's no reason to rush into anything before you're comfortable with the plan.
Some of the best conversations start with a simple question: "What do you think my house is worth?"
You don't need to have everything figured out, and there's no pressure to make a decision.
If selling your home has been on your mind, I'd be happy to talk through your options and help you decide what makes sense.
Whether you're ready to sell or just starting to explore your options, I'd be happy to answer your questions and help you figure out your next step.
Where Your Next Chapter Begins.
